01 / Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the TrivoraCore platform, users enter a formal agreement to abide by the operational standards defined herein. Our enterprise intelligence solutions are provided subject to your compliance with these requirements. If you represent a firm or legal entity, you confirm you possess the requisite authority to bind said entity to these data analytics engagement standards.
Engagement constitutes a binding digital signature of alignment with the Pillar Protocol for data verification and source integrity.
02 / Intellectual Property
Algorithm Protection
All modular frameworks, analytical models, and visualization logic proprietary to TrivoraCore remain the exclusive property of the firm. Unauthorized reverse-engineering of our platforms is strictly prohibited.
Usage Rights
Clients retain ownership of raw datasets. TrivoraCore is granted a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating business intelligence and architectural insights.
03 / Limitation of Liability
TrivoraCore provides high-level digital modernization strategy and analytics tools on an "as-available" basis. While we prioritize source integrity through our Pillar Protocol, we do not warrant that intelligence outputs are free from infrastructure-level errors at the source.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIVORACORE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM INFRASTRUCTURAL READINESS DEFICITS OR EXTERNAL DATA LATENCY BEYOND OUR DIRECT ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL.
